The Urbanstyle home that we built after looking at just about every show home in the Sydney area, just had so many quality extras. The laundry for instance has bench and overhead cupboards running the whole length of the laundry which we found were not available in homes from other builders at the price we were offered from Urbanstyle. It is a beautiful laundry. The storage areas are unbelievable. In most other project homes there was only one linen press available in the whole house. The Urbanstyle has a double storage cupboard in the rumpus room, in the hallway leading to 2 & 3 bedrooms, a walk in linen cupboard and a broom cupboard outside the laundry door. Another aspect of building with Urbanstyle was that you can make as many changes from the show home as you like. We made quite a few changes from the home on show at the Ridges Estate at Elderslie to suit the style of house that we wanted.
